As a German-Ecuadorian, Alfonso Müller Albán has lived with interculturality from birth and has been working as an intercultural trainer, keynote speaker, author, and consultant for over 15 years. He assists expatriates on assignments as well as companies aiming to enter the Latin American market. With extensive professional experience in Brazil, Mexico, Latin America, and Spain, he specializes in the design and implementation of training programs for diverse target groups. Alfonso Müller Albán studied cultural anthropology and business administration and is the author of the book “Business Culture Brazil Compact” (Conbook-Verlag).
