Short Workshop: Leading successfully across borders

Globalisation and digitalisation are two ongoing trends. Intercultural competence plays a decisive role for success as a manager in an increasingly complex international environment. Dealing skilfully with diversity in teams – recognizing differences and leveraging them effectively – is becoming a key competence for managers.

Methods

• Virtual tools (including polls, chat, whiteboard, quizzes)
• Trainer Input
• Interactive exercises and breakout sessions in tandems and groups
• Sharing of experiences and discussion among participants
