Softskills are skills and attributes that go beyond professional knowledge and technical skills and enable us to communicate effectively, collaborate, solve problems, and succeed, regardless of our field or industry. They are often known as " social skills" or "interpersonal skills."

How important are soft skills?
Soft skills are extremely important because they are among the foundations for success. In addition, soft skills can not only help you succeed, but also positively impact the work environment by leading to a better work environment, higher productivity, better collaboration and more satisfaction among employees and customers. Therefore, soft skills are as important for employers as they are for employees, as they can contribute to the long-term success of a company or organization. How do soft skills change through the use of artificial intelligence?
