Germany offers a lot of interesting business opportunities for Chinese companies. But which intercultural factors influence the cooperation between China and Germany? What thought patterns, behaviors and backgrounds do German partners have? How do you carry out joint projects with German colleagues? How are Chinese partners perceived by German partners?
The participants can use the training to increase their awareness of the cultural characteristics of Germany and their effects on business life. During the training, the participants can deepen their knowledge of how their German business partners think, act and communicate. Together with the participants, I work as a trainer on the intercultural competence that is crucial for the success in cooperation with German business partners.
