India inside: Which type of “no problem” do we have today? – for international managers
This virtual workshop addresses the requirements, needs and questions of Managers from the western hemisphere with view to their collaboration with Indian Colleagues, Management and Business Partners. Teams are being increasingly internationalized. Different cultures and different time zones combine with a multitude of mentalities, value systems, and work strategies and are still expected to function smoothly and efficiently in order to reach the common goals on time. The practical, pragmatic approach of this workshop: “recognize – understand – take adequate action” enables participants to identify alternate strategies and build their own toolbox for efficient handling of day-to-day business situations.
