Hardly any other country is associated with so many stereotypes as Italy, one of Germany’s most important trading partners. The geographical proximity of the popular destination for vacation and holidays leads to the perception that we know each other and have found successful forms of communication. However, this is often not the case. In the interaction between Germans and Italians, cultural differences and numerous misconceptions repeatedly lead to misunderstandings and conflicts in various areas of business communication. Economic cooperation requires both sides to have in-depth knowledge of their own and the foreign culture so that synergy potentials can be exploited. The training is intended to make a valuable contribution to this.
