Foreign professionals often face professional and personal challenges when entering a new work environment and integrating into a team, challenges that can be intensified by intercultural misunderstandings.

This training aims to enable participants to reflect on their own cultural values and norms and to strengthen their intercultural competence in dealing with diverse patient groups and colleagues. This is achieved through practical examples specific to the healthcare sector.

Our main goal is to promote effective inclusion and collaboration in a multicultural work environment while increasing the motivation of professionals.

The training is designed for all healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, physicians, and physician assistants.
