Ariane Fuechtner is a management trainer, consultant, coach and non-medical healing professional in psychotherapy, with more than 20 years of experience in Germany and the USA. She is an expert in the intercultural and personal competenciesneeded to master the challenges brought by workplace 4.0. Her enthusiasm for intercultural communication was sparked through an exchange to the USA during her studies, and further grew when she worked for the United Nations in New York. Later, as the Vice President of European Marketing at an American software company, she was responsible for the management of a multinational team. Furthermore, she has lived in Italy and India. She conducts intercultural management trainings for multinational organisations, as well as educational institutions. As innovative and proactive consultant and trainer, she enables her clients to navigate through different environments. To do so, she uses best-practice-tools and processes to encourage personal and organisational developments. Lastly, Ariane is both a certified communications and behaviour trainer (Artop Institute of the Berlin University Humboldt), a resilience trainer and coach (Resilienzforum Berlin) as well as a certified non-medical healing professional in psychotherapy.
