Astrid Kainzbauer has been teaching and doing research in the field of “Cross-Cultural Management & Training“ for more than 25 years. She has gained worldwide intercultural experience as a guest lecturer for MBA programmes in numerous countries, such as France, the Netherlands, Portugal, Ecuador, Germany, USA, Australia, China and Korea. Since 2005, she has been based in Bangkok, Thailand at the College of Management, Mahidol University.
Based on her own substantial intercultural experience, she can draw from a large pool of examples in order to create intercultural awareness and understanding for cultural differences among the participants of her trainings. The Austrian-born trainer also advises international companies on doing business in Thailand. On a managerial level, she prepares executives for their assignments in Thailand.
