Gyöngyi Varga is an intercultural business profiler, Wholeception® trainer, Mastercoach and Emotional Coach with emTrace® in Germany, Hungary and other countries around Europe. She was born in Hungary, lives in Nuremberg and is a global mindsetter with all her heart. She supports leaders, teams and entrepreneurs to act in an emotionally and culturally intelligent way and to increase their performance. She develops and advises leaders who want to lead themselves mindfully and emotionally and strive for a cognitively diverse, future-oriented team culture in both global and local contexts. Since 2004 she has been working as a senior trainer and coach with a focus on Hungary – Germany / Austria / Switzerland. She not only accompanies expats to Hungary, but also holds re-integration workshops for employees returning to Germany after a global assignment.
