Before he graduated in marine technology at the Technical University of Berlin, Raoul Michael Koether studied law, history and political economics. As a Certified Project Manager he has collected experience in various business sectors, such as automotive, energy, and chemical industries, as well as telecommunications, IT, mechanical engineering and financial services. Working as a Project Consultant for global players and Management Coach, among others, he was able to gain comprehensive intercultural knowledge. Raoul’s main focus is on all aspects of project work along the value chain and taking care of or even avoiding project crises. He strongly believes that communication aspects in project management are even more important for success that taking care of technical or organizational issues. Based on his commitment to political and social issues on various organizational levels, he has acquired exceptional competences in communication, mediation and negotiation and teaches Communication, International and Intercultural Management, as well as Error Management at two universities in Bavaria.
