Since 2002, Antje Strahl has been a senior consultant, trainer and coach (expert coach, trainer-instructor, master level intercultural coaching and training from the European Coaching Association e.V.) for international companies in management consulting and HR development in various areas of intercultural management, both in Germany and abroad. She studied applied psychology, psychosomatic medicine and industrial psychology. She lived in Singapore for several years and worked in a Chinese management and language institute. In Singapore, she also established her own consulting firm. Furthermore, she worked as a project manager in the realm of foreign economics and in event management for several years in South Korea.
