Christian Hainsch is an expert in intercultural management, intercultural communication and leadership ethics. He advises international companies and primarily their executives on intercultural issues, intercultural sensitization and questions of leadership ethics and value orientation. Before becoming an intercultural consultant and trainer, Christian worked as a manager for an international corporation in various functions for several years. After moving into management consulting, he managed global projects with multicultural teams in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the USA and South America for a Munich-based consulting firm. Through his many years of international and project experience and working in multinational teams, Christian shares many illustrative practical cases in his trainings, in addition to the theory. Due to his work as an entrepreneur in an international environment, he knows first-hand the challenges and obstacles of cooperation and leadership in international projects and incorporates this experience into his trainings and workshops. Christian holds a degree in Business Administration, Islamic Studies & Theology and is a certified Psychological Consultant. In addition to his work as a trainer and consultant, he is also active as a lecturer for vocational training institutions and as a guest lecturer at various universities. He speaks German, English and Indonesian.
