Dr. Heike Stengel

Dr. Heike Stengel is a cross-cultural consultant, trainer and certified coach with more than 25 years of international experience. She has conducted seminars in 20 countries and is an expert in working with diverse cultures across different industries. Heike studied economics and business administration, holds a doctorate in economics and social sciences as well as a professional diploma in Asia-Pacific Marketing and is continuously developing her professional tool-kit, e.g. in the field of cultural neuroscience or conflict management. Heike lived and worked in Singapore for more than a decade. She ran a consulting business and was affiliated with the renowned Institute of Southeast Asian Studies. Apart from her work with companies, she teaches students from around the world in Intercultural Management, Global Mobility, Workplace Diversity and Multicultural Teamwork.
