Helena Schindler is Business Development Manager at ti communication and has been working in Global Sales for over 10 years. She studied business translation in Spanish and is a sworn translator for the Spanish language. She has over 10 years of professional experience in an international context and management experience as a Global Sales Manager. As a former Global Sales Manager in a male-dominated industry, she has relevant experience in key notes, trade fair appearances and networking on a global stage. She also incorporates experience from her passion for running and the associated structured training into her training design and planning.
In her training courses, Helena Schindler focuses on practice-oriented content and experience-based dialogue. Case studies play an important role and the reflection of the participants is emphasised. A high degree of interaction and selected impulses characterise her measures. Resilience is one of her strengths and is conveyed in her impulses. Complex issues cannot be presented in a few words – however, it is possible to provide the right and important impulses in a short space of time in order to be able to consciously plan the next steps for action.
