Ingeborg Lindhoud is a certified intercultural trainer, change manager, team coach and coach and has been working for companies and cross-border public service organisations since 2015. The native Dutch studied Slavic and German Languages and Literature in Leiden and Translation Studies in Utrecht (The Netherlands). For many years she owned a translation agency, coordinating and supervising translation projects for clients in the Netherlands, the DACH region and South Tyrol, building linguistic bridges.
Since 2005 she has been living and working in Germany. Her area of expertise lies in promoting mutual understanding between her ‘old’ and ‘new’ compatriots. She advises and coaches German-Dutch teams and their organisations on optimizing collaboration and supports Dutch and German companies in doing business with each other. She also prepares expats to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. She regularly publishes articles on German-Dutch cultural differences in her own blog. She has published several articles and brochures, among others for the Euregio Rhine-Waal.
