Juliane Bier has been working as an intercultural trainer, coach and consultant in Germany and abroad for more than 15 years. Her cultural focus is on India, Germany and Vietnam. In addition to culture-specific and cross-cultural trainings, she has accompanied international teams for many years, helping to build bridges, create synergies and improve cooperation within teams.
As a trained systemic coach, she supports specialists and managers in mastering the challenges of a global working world sustainably and efficiently.
In addition to her work in various companies, Juliane Bier has been a trainer for future intercultural trainers for over 10 years and regularly works as a guest lecturer at various universities. She also works as a cross-cultural couples counselor.
Her professional career has taken her to different places: she was a lecturer at the Technical University of Hanoiu and worked for several years for a German company in India in the field of “Cross-Cultural Management Support”, where she was involved in internationalization processes as a strategic advisor to the management.
Since 2012 she has been working as an independent intercultural expert, trainer, coach and consultant.
