Karin Schreiner has been an intercultural trainer and coach since 2006. She lived and worked for over 16 years in various countries in Europe and Asia and gained expatriate experience and specific cultural knowledge. After her return, she specialized as an intercultural trainer in the areas of international assignment preparation, intercultural awareness and intercultural management. Her focus is on developing intercultural competence, imparting cultural knowledge (Central and Eastern Europe, Asia) and leadership competence in a multicultural context. She is also a university lecturer at Austrian and German universities for intercultural communication, intercultural management and diversity management. Karin Schreiner studied philosophy and social anthropology as well as intercultural competence. She is a certified systemic coach and author of several specialist books on intercultural topics.
