Kerstin Kraass is an intercultural trainer and consultant with specific focus on intercultural awareness and international management. She supports international working executives and expatriates to develop their competencies and to strengthen their international performance. She encourages tolerance and open mindedness towards cultural differences and prepares for better understanding to make change happen.

Kerstin Kraass special expertise lies in training business people or their families working in an International-Scandinavian context. Kerstin Kraass grew up in Germany and gained her professional and international experience through living and working more than 12 years abroad. She has worked in France, Germany, UK, Belgium and Sweden in various Management Functions in Human Resources and Public Relations. She has a Master in Business Administration, Media and Communication as well a BA in Intercultural Training and Communication. Kerstin Kraass is married and has two children and lives in Oslo/Norway since 2000.
