Eric XU born in China, has studied in China, France and United States. He has served for 3 multinational companies as China Leader since 2003, was relocated to France and Italy. Holding MBA from IAE France and professional certificate as GMS-T ( Global mobility specialist). In 2005, he delivered over 1200 programs in forms of training, coaching and workshop to global employees and families. He is an organizational development expert, who works as intercultural communication trainer and Coach, team development workshop facilitator, University lecturer and Author.
