Myriam Callegarin is the developer of the LAJ-program and the CARx method that builds its foundation.
She is a global executive coach, management consultant and intercultural trainer with over 25 years of international experience. She worked for a total of 11 years at Mercedes-Benz AG (Daimler AG) in Germany, Singapore and South Korea, mainly in international sales and e-business. In 2001 she decided to leave Daimler to take the step of becoming self-employed. She started her management consulting firm specializing in international business development, mergers and acquisitions. When she realized the importance of the human component for organizations’ success, in 2008 she transitioned to coaching and training. Since then, she has been helping executives and teams to engage difficult stakeholders across hierarchies, functions and cultures so that together they can turn even the greatest challenges into new opportunities. Myriam is an ICF Accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Executive Coach.
