Ridha Mejri has many years of experience in the corporate world and adult education. He works as a consultant and trainer and offers seminars and workshops for experts and managers who want to develop their intercultural communication and improve their management skills. He gained professional experiences abroad through several working stays in many countries. He studied English and German as a foreign language at the University of Heidelberg and is a lecturer in Business Communication & Intercultural Management (specializing in the Arab world) at the University of Worms. He also teaches at other universities. In his work as a consultant and trainer, he focuses in particular on the Arab countries and on preparing experts and managers for their stay in Germany or the MENA region. As an expatriate coach he accompanies the entire process from evaluation and preparation for expatriates and their families through to reintegration.
Ridha Mejri grew up bilingually & biculturally (Arabic, French) and he speaks the following languages fluently: German, English, French and Arabic.
