Robert Schuller holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication, Social Psychology and Sociology from the Ludwig-Maximilian-University of his birthplace Munich, Germany, and is also an Executive Coach, certificated by the ICC. After working as a certified English teacher (CELTA) in Portugal, Myanmar and Mexico, he decided to stay in the Central American country. Since 2012 he has been operating there as an Intercultural Trainer and Coach. In that time, he has coached and trained more than 500 employees from almost 30 different countries. His strategy for doing so is based on helping training participants and coachees to develop successful adjustment strategies so they can deal with the new situation and leverage the opportunities for their personal and professional development. Robert is fluent in German, English and Spanish and delivers all trainings in any of those languages.
