Wolfgang Widder (Dipl.-Kaufmann, MBA Henley) lives with his family in Regensburg and is an expert for leadership training, team development and change management. He is a very experienced leader himself. In the age of 21 he faces his first challenge in a leadership position and has gained additional leadership skills as ski coach and tennis teacher. During his occupation as senior partner in a consulting company he was working as an interim manager for Nokia Mobile Phones, builded up the HRD department of Nokia in Germany and was working as an internal coach. After his education as a performance consultant/coach he founded two consulting/training companies of his own. He lead various big management development projects with up to 800 managers and finished them with big success. He gained the German Training Award in silver for a very challenging project in the wind energy sector. For six years he was engaged as a teaching trainer for trainers and coaches with an own academy and he is possessing extraordinary methodical skills. In a climate of trust, openness and fun he is achieving excellent results through continuity and thoughtfulness. In the field of team development/team mediation he manages to transform difficult and muddled situations to a positive status. In change management projects he impresses his clients through deliberateness, calmness and moderation competency. He is still leader of an own team with much enthusiasm and is training a kids ski team on a voluntary basis.
