Xueli Yuan was born and raised in Tianjin, the People’s Republic of China. After his studies in China, he worked for four years starting in 1985 in the State Bureau of Foreign Experts of the Chinese State Council in Beijing as well as Singapore. Subsequently, Xueli Yuan moved to Germany and studied German language and literature and intercultural communication at the University of Munich. Xueli Yuan has been a senior intercultural trainer and consultant since 1996. He works with the most varied of participant groups, such as top managers, skilled workers, executives and engineers.
