Two years ago, with the start of the Covid pandemic, many office workers faced a new work challenge by being forced to working from home. Back then, some were not really used to that, and there were quite a few new challenges in an already tense environment. Others were already familiar with working from home as they had already done it before.

Meanwhile, we have had many lively discussions. Should working from home be possible during quarantine? Does the increased duty and simultaneous childcare disadvantage female workers? Who has advantages, who has disadvantages? Will working from home prevail after the end of the pandemic? Have we gotten used to it or would we like to return to our offices as soon as possible?
