Working from home: Do we get tired of it, or could it lead us to a better work-life balance?

EUCUSA, partner of ti communication and expert on feedback systems, has created a mood sentiment barometer of the current working from home situation (www.homeoffice-check.com).

EUCUSA, partner of ti communication and expert on feedback systems, has created a mood sentiment barometer of the current working from home situation.

Two years ago, with the start of the Covid pandemic, many office workers faced a new work challenge by being forced to working from home. Back then, some were not really used to that, and there were quite a few new challenges in an already tense environment. Others were already familiar with working from home as they had already done it before.

Meanwhile, we have had many lively discussions. Should working from home be possible during quarantine? Does the increased duty and simultaneous childcare disadvantage female workers? Who has advantages, who has disadvantages? Will working from home prevail after the end of the pandemic? Have we gotten used to it or would we like to return to our offices as soon as possible? Do young people think differently than older people?

Many studies have been produced on these topics. But to be able to take practical and good decisions for your own company, it may be best to directly ask your staff for their opinion and feedback. The feedback provided help you to better understand what works and what doesn’t, so that you can learn from that and improve and optimize your procedures for working from home going forward.

Come and get familiar with EUCUSAs mood sentiment barometer! You will find a short survey with an online questionnaire under www.homeoffice-check.com. Answering our questions will not even take 5 minutes. Your answers will be processed anonymously and only be part of general group results. Your participation is free of charge, and we will not bother you with unrequested emails. EUCUSA will be happy to provide a free result report for friends of ti communication, using an agreed code word for your organization. If you have any questions or if you are interested either in the overall results or in getting a specific result report for your company, please send an email to office@eucusa.com.
